Eat Your Veggies Day!

Girls enjoyed Eat Your Veggies Day by making their own chicken fajitas. Green, yellow, and red bell peppers with onions and then the chicken was made up with some garlic and herb marinade. Girlies enjoyed it even more since they got to make up their own. They loved Eat Your Veggies Day! Hope you did too!

National Applesauce Cake Day

Since I don't do very well with cake, well actually I do really well with making sure cake finds it's way to my mouth, I made Cinnamon Applesauce Muffins to celebrate National Applesauce Cake Day. The house always smells amazing when I make these muffins and the kids were ready and very eager to help them disappear when they popped out of the oven.

 After a long day of swimming and playing at a friend's house all day, this dinner was a snap to make and even easier to eat! A crunchy crust, egg, cheese, bacon and onion. You can't go wrong with that combo! Happy National Egg Day!!
