Made my very first batch of hot cross buns for National Hot Cross Buns Day! I didn't have any yeast so had to hunt down a recipe online without it. But luckily I found one and they turned out pretty darn good for my first attempt! Hubs had 2! That's how I knew I had done a fair enough job!
They were so delicious! Have to celebrate good Friday from now on out with these lovely treats!
